The Noble touch
Raffir Noble is a composite material with fine copper meshes inside. A strong semi-transparent resin fixes the meshes in position and improves the 3D depth effect. Together, this unity of materials has a unique appearance and great strength. At the same time, you can easily shape it into a wide range of luxury products. It works for high-end goods in various fine crafts and industries. In particular, it is popular for unique knife handles, gun grips as well as in modern jewelry. However, you can also find it in musical instruments, gunstocks, coffee tampers, watches and much more. We recommend Raffir Noble for any small or medium scale product in which aesthetics and uniqueness are crucial.
Processing
You can easily craft or CNC-mill Raffir Noble. You can even use the same tools as you would for wood or bone. Furthermore, it obtains a beautiful high-gloss finish after polishing. We also recommend water grinding for easy and dust free processing. Finish sanding at grit 400 or higher before polishing. Then polish directly on a medium hard cotton wheel with a polish wax for hard plastics. Alternatively, tumble it to the wanted gloss level.
